One World Diary 2

           მეორედ მოგესალმებით 'ერთი მსოფლიოს' ელექტრონული ფურცლებიდან. :) სამუშაო დღე  საორგანიზაციო ჯგუფის წევრებისთვის კვლავ ელსას კაბინეტიდან იწყება. ერთმანეთს აქ ვხვდებით და ვიცნობ ჯგუფის ახალ წევრ თაკოს.  სულ ხუთნი ვართ:  Jabson &  4G  :) სოფო და  თაკო სიახლეებს აქვეყნებენ  'ერთი მსოფლიოს' გევრდზე  facebook-ში,  მე და ნინი კი  ვსხედვართ მაგიდასთან, ხან ჩვენ წინ  ფურცელს გადავხედავთ, რომელზეც  პოტენციურ სპონსორთა სია  ჩამოუწიკწიკებია ნინის, ხანაც კი _-ერთმანეთს. ჯაბა თავზე დაგვდგომია და  მოთმინებით იცდის, როდის მოვრჩებით სასოწარკვეთას. :))
შემდეგ გვიჩვენებს მაგალითს, როგორ უნდა დაურეკო  მომავალ  სპონსორს: საუბრობს თავდაჯერებით, აუღელვებლად, ღირსებით სავსე, რომ  ელსას წევრი და მარკეტინგის განყოფილების უფროსია :) , საქმიანად და მიზანმიმართულად. მეორე მხარეც ინტერესდება და ითხოვს პროექტის გადაგზავნას თავის ელ.ფოსტაზე.  თუმცა ზოგჯერ არც ასე ადვილადაა საქმე. როგორც ჩანს, თბილისში ასეთ დროს არავის სურს მუშაობა ( ჩვენ გარდა:) ), ზოგიერთ ნომერზე არ პასუხობენ, რიგ შემთხვევებში კომპანიში ამჟამად ის პირი არ იმყოფება, რომელიც ჩვენს საქმეს სჭირდება..  კომპანია მაგთიკომს მსგავსი პრობლემა არ აქვს: ვრეკავ, მპასუხობენ, მარკეტინგის განყოფილებასთანაც ოპერატიულად მაკავშირებენ და  პიარმენეჯერთანაც. ვუხსნი  საქმის არსს, მთხოვენ პროექტის გაგზავნას, მე კი- შეხვედრას :)) ბოლოს უძლური ვარ და ვთანხმდები მხოლოდ პროექტის გაგზავნაზე. ვასკას ნამუშევარი კი 15-16 ფურცლიანია... ხომ ხედავთ, ისევ მაგთისთვის ვცდილობდი, შეგვხდებით-მეთქი, რათა მათთვის უფრო მარტივად აგვეხსნა ყველაფერი :))
    ამ დროს, ჰოი, საოცრებავ!  ჭავჭავაძის 2 ნომერში ელექტროენერგია ითიშება.. სასოწარკვეთილი ვეკითხები დაცვის სამსახურის უფროსს:
        -ხომ არ იცით, როდის მოვა?
        - ვინ როდის მოვა?
        - დენი როდის მოვა!
        - ჯაბას კითხე, უფრო ეცოდინება, ჩვენზე ხშირად არის აქ.. :))
       ვთამაშობთ ქალაქობანას :)) საბოლოოდ, ჯაბა გვიგებს, მე და ნინის კი მაინც 'ჟილკებს' გვიწოდებს :))
       ბოლოს განათდება უნივერსიტეტი და ელსას საყვარელი კაბინეტი :) ვემზადებით წასასვლელად, მომავალ დღეს შეხვედრაზე ვთანხმდებით და ვგეგმავთ პოტენციურ სპონსორებზე იერიშის მიტანას:))
   აი, სულ ეს იყო დღეისთვის..
   როგორც დაგპირდით, კიდევ შევხვდებით.. :)
    

 Hey again from electronic pages of "one world" :). The day for the OC starts from the office as always. We meet each other as well as new organizer - Tako. There are 5 of us: Jabson & 4G :) Sophie and Tako are publishing news on facebook, me and nini are sitting at the table, looking at the peace of paper, where the list of potential partners is concentrated,. Jaba is standing, looking at us and waiting patiently for us to overcome the despair:)) Then he shows us an example, how to talk to the potential sponsor. He is self-confident, calm, determined, with dignity, that he is ELSA member and VP-marketing of the organization:) The other party gets interested and asks him to send the project. But sometimes this is not easy as is may be seen. It occurred that no one wants to work apart from us at the moment... Sometimes we fail to even contact companies and sometimes the responsible person for marketing is absent. "Magticom" doesn't have this kind of problem: I am calling, they answer and connect me with marketing department. I tell them the basics of the project, they ask me to send them the project, and I ask for a meeting, Eventually, I give up and agree on sending the project. But Vaska's work consists of 15-16 pages! As you can see, I was worrying about Magti, to explain everything in an easy way.

OMG! At the very moment, the blackout happens-the electricity is GONE! I desperately ask the head of security guard:
-Don't you know when its gona be back?
-Who?
-The electricity!
-Ask Jaba about that, he is here more frequently then we are! :)

We are playing "name the cities: :)) Eventually Jaba wins and at the same time calls as "cheaters":))

At last, the University is illuminated again as well as beloved elsa-office. We are getting ready to leave , negotiating the details of the next meeting and the atack-plan on potential partners:))
